Disarmed

This piece came together more quickly than almost any of my work to date. She was also done with little to no initial planning, developing intuitively. And she is simple. The shock of betrayal, the disbelief of it all, and the amazement that one could be so disarmed and wounded and still be able to get up and face the next thing.
